The Institute for International research has announced that the Keynote Presenter for its upcoming Front End of Innovation US event will be A.G. Lafley, CEO of P&G. Mr. Lafley joins an already impressive faculty of keynote presenters including Peter Guber, Janine Benyus, and Dean Kamen.
A. G. Lafley will share insights on how integrating a reliable, systemic approach to innovation in every part of an enterprise can produce game-changing results. He will draw from his 31 years of leadership experience, including seven years as P&G CEO during which he has led a dramatic business turnaround.
He will draw lessons from his new book, The Game-Changer, co-authored with professor and consultant Ram Charan. He will illustrate how a motivating purpose, stretching goals, clear strategic choices, unique core strengths, enabling structures and systems, inspiring leadership, and a courageous, connected culture combine to create an innovation-centered organization that delivers consistent, sustained growth. Mr. Lafley is broadly recognized as a game-changing leader. Among his many accolades, he was named 2006 CEO of the Year by Chief Executive magazine. He serves on the boards of GE and Dell.
