The Business Architectures Network (BAN) is your one resource for enterprise architecture, business process management and areas where both intersect. BAN members gain access to valuable information, and they can build their professional network in a discipline where peers are often hard to find.
In past years, The Portals, Collaboration and Content Network (PCC Network) has been dedicated to helping members develop a comprehensive portal, collaboration and content strategy for their enterprise. Now, we are in the midst of an exciting restructuring of the Portals online community so that it is much more user-friendly, tailoring itself to member interests and business needs, while bringing current, relevant information and networking opportunities through the system’s unique match-making capabilities. The new network is part of IIR’s larger effort to grow the culture of “community” by expanding the portfolio of annual business conferences, web seminars, as well as peer-to-peer knowledge sharing exchanges. We will be re-launching in March of 2008 under a new name, the Collaborative Business Technologies Network (CBTN). Members can continue to utilize the network as an educational resource, learn more about their industry, and to network with others while seeking solutions to their challenges.
Geared toward senior business leaders in the customer care and service industry, this forum is the only community of its kind. Become a member today to exchange insights, learn from best practices and explore latest trends.
